Historic real estate agent from New Orleans, LA

Agent Profile
"Dedicated to delivering the highest quality personalized service."

Matthew W La Rose is a native New Orleanian who returned from living in both Houston and Chicago for several years. He returned to New Orleans post-Katrina to be an active participant in the city's revitalization. Having traveled extensively in the past few years, Matthew developed an appreciation for art, architecture, and culture that made his return to New Orleans all the more meaningful. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Houston and a minor in European Studies from the American University of Paris. After completing these degrees, Matthew pursued a career in Human Resources in both Houston and Northwestern University in Chicago. Matthew earned his real estate license and determined that Dorian Bennett Sotheby's International Realty was the best fit for his goals. "Our firm size, internal culture, professional support, advertising quality and reach along with reputation for service is what drew me to this agency. I feel I made the best choice for myself and for my clients."

Having assisted my client's divest historic properties ranging from A. Hays Town estates to various iconic St. Charles Avenue homes, among others, promoting preservation through our industry is vital to passing our history on to future generations and our community.
