As the Managing Broker of Keller Williams Realty for over eight years, Steven has an extensive understanding of all things real estate, having served at the leadership helm of five offices representing greater than 25% market share in Coastal Georgia, assisting thousands of families each year in achieving their goals around homeownership.Licensed in 1999, Steven launched his career in Atlanta, relocating to the coast in 2011. He holds a Master's Degree in Historic Preservation.

A Saint Simons Island, GA native, Holly Savannah intuitively knows the special and unique way of life in the Golden Isles and along Georgia’s coast. Quite simply, a low-country lifestyle is in her blood along with an affinity for historic homes and places. Licensed in 2003, she also holds a Master's in Historic Preservation and has served as Commissioner for Atlanta’s Architectural Review Committee (AUDC). She is accredited with the GAREALTOR Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES).
