I am a Real Estate Broker in the Greater Seattle Area. I have been in love with historic homes as long as I can remember.
As an agent, I show many homes to clients and so many of these homes have been stripped of their history. They don't have crown molding, the original floors have been covered up, and beautiful wood has been painted.
I attempt to educate clients in how to restore the property to its historical beauty as well as tasteful updates to accommodate the 21st century lifestyle.
