RFP: Historic Architectural Survey, CNMI Historic Preservation Office, Capitol Hill, Saipan, CNMI

Governor Ralph DLG. Torres and Lt Governor Victor B. Hocog, through the Acting Secretary of the Department of Community and Cultural Affairs and the Office of the Historic Preservation Office (HPO) are soliciting sealed proposals from qualified individuals and companies to conduct an architectural survey and documentation of approximately 30 hectares at Capitol Hill area in accordance with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Identification. The project includes preparation of a technical report and preparation of a National Register of Historic Places nomination for the resource.

Proposal procedures shall be in full compliance with the CNMI Procurement Regulations, as revised.  This is federally funded project as such; the Local Business Preference as per Public Law 15-95 and as further amended by Public Law 15-118 is not applicable because its use is prohibited by federal fund granting funding this project.
 

The RFP package may be obtained at Office of the Director of Procurement and Supply, Saipan, during regular business hours.  All inquiries should be directed to Ms. Mertie Kani, Director of HPO at mtkani.cnmihpo@gmail.com or (670) 664-2120 AND
