The Company:  Nzilani Glass Conservation Inc. focuses primarily on conserving and restoring historic leaded art glass windows throughout the Bay Area. Jobs range in size from simple residential windows, to historic, multi-panel monumental stained glass. The team comes from a variety of backgrounds, but is united in its dedication to quality, craftsmanship, the preservation of art, and attention to detail.

Positions are available for: On-Site Glazier
Nzilani is looking to hire two skilled glaziers for full-time term positions to both install and remove large stained glass windows on site. The work is very physical, with long periods of lifting, bending, squatting, sitting and requires repetitive use of your shoulders, arms and wrists. Additionally, the artwork must be treated delicately and professionally. The job will be onsite in San Francisco; hours are limited to 6 on-site as the work is labor intensive. Successful candidates must attend a three-day certification course in lead-related construction, prior to window
removal in June. Both course fees and attendance time will be paid by Nzilani; there is an initial $75 fee for this certification which will be refunded to you should you become a permanent employee.

Salary: $24-31 commensurate upon experience
