Projects may include the rehabilitation, preservation and/or restoration of historic buildings, historic resource assessments and/or planning, and the development of interpretive materials.

This position serves as a preservation "advocate" and project manager for SHF Grant Recipients to assist them in successfully completing SHF grants and actively ensures the projects compliance with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards as well as SHF rules and policies.  This position also provides outreach to organizations and public entities interested in applying for grants, as well as helping build capacity in communities and the trades.
