Call for Proposals!

Practicing architects and related professionals, this is your chance to to delve into a project you always dreamed of completing, a research study that will elevate your practice, and/or a sabbatical for studying innovative design.

We want to support your professional endeavor.

The Van Evera Bailey Fellowship award seeks to support mid-career design professionals in their pursuit of advancing their personal development and their profession. The $25,000 cash award is offered in partnership with The Oregon Community Foundation.

Fellowship projects follow a variety of paths, from pure research involving reflection on professional issues and challenges, to practical research involving projects designed to have specific results.

The Fellowship is intended to promote dissemination and application of ideas. Support may be requested for stipends, travel, lodging, materials and other relevant needs. Projects must include follow-up activities such as seminars, written documentation, lectures, media presentations, tours, or other means to share results with the professional community and general public.

Submit your proposal by:5:00pm, Tuesday, September 4, 2018 to candice@af-oregon.org
