Seeking a creative curator to oversee its collections and exhibitions program. Primary responsibilities include: maintain and strengthen our collections and collections management program and coordinate planning, development, installing and maintaining permanent, temporary and traveling exhibitions. Work closely with our Executive Director and staff to develop future exhibitions schedule and develop exhibition budgets. Curator will work closely with guest curators, consultants, community members and exhibition designers. The curator will engage with our Board and staff as well as with scholars and institutions in the curatorial activities of our Museum.
