The Missouri History Museum seeks an experienced office assistant to work in its Presidents office; may assist other Executive Office staff with travel arrangements, as needed.; prepares weekly calendar of MHM initiated/paid catering events for Patty Long Catering; liaison for Patty Long Catering, Inc. and MHM staff. Assists Executive Office staff as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a professional and courteous demeanor; must possess and utilize confidentiality and discretion; excellent customer service skills mandatory (phone/in-person); familiar with multi-line phone system as switchboard will be main responsibility; able to be stationary for extended periods of time yet be able to be on feet and move throughout museum when necessary; executive Office experience helpful. Familiar with MAC's helpful; familiar with Word, Excel, (PowerPoint used occasionally). Able to adjust and perform at a varied work pace We offer a competitive salary and complete benefits package.
