Celebrate the Centennial of the Hamilton-Tebben House in Laurelhurst

The Fred and Minnie Tebben house in the Laurelhurst neighborhood is, today, home to CJ Hurley, Barbara Pierce and their business. CJ Hurley Century Arts. The home was built in 1913 for Pearl Hamilton.
You'll get a tour of this wonderful home and wine and hors d'oeuvres (on the lovely wrap-around porch, weather permitting). You'll also see CJ's work on an exterior decorative painting he recently completed in honor of the home's centennial as well as an indoor decorative frieze that is a work in progress. Throughout the evening, CJ will lead a casual conversation about the decorative painting traditions of the Arts & Crafts movement and the layers of the home's history to which he and Barbara are continuing to add.
