Restoring Nepalese Wall Paintings with Restoration Works International

Join Adventures in Preservation (AiP) and partners Restoration Works International (RWI) in previously off-limits Mustang Region, Nepal, to help complete one of the final stages of the conservation of Chhairo Gompa, a centuries-old Buddhist monastery. Lama Sashi Doj - a world renowned painter, community leader, and Buddhist monk - will lead participants in restoring the decorative paintings of the monastery.
