On June 30th at 3PM, join us for a conversation with Michael Murphy, author of “Santa Monica: A Look Back to 1902 from Today,” at the Santa Monica History
Museum. Murphy’s work is featured in the Museum’s current exhibition of the
same name. The author will discuss the fascinating story behind his new book,
from inception to publication, including his creative collaboration with photographer Jens Lucking.
This discussion is free of charge, and includes free access to our galleries

This program is free and open to all ages. Seating is limited and on a first arrival
basis. This event will be held at the Santa Monica History Museum, 1350 7th St, Santa Monica CA, 90401. The museum can be reached by following routes to the Main Library. The Main Library is served by Big Blue Bus routes 1, 7, R7, R10 and 18. Ride your bike? Bicycle parking racks are available at the library. The Santa Monica History Museum is wheelchair accessible.
