Gayle Harvey is a native Virginian, born and raised in the Charlottesville area.  Gayle has a deep appreciation for all that makes the central Virginia area so unique.  After graduating from Sweet Briar College with a degree in economics, she returned home to manage the family farm for ten years.

Her background includes positions representing a large apple operation as marketing director and Gayle has obtained several advanced degrees in Information Technology and her MBA.

She began her real estate career in 2001, focusing on Charlottesville Virginia Historic Homes, Charlottesville Farms for Sale,  as well as Virginia Estates and Charlottesville homes.  Among her many credentials and titles, she has been trained as a specialist in historic real estate through the National Trust for Historic Preservation.

Beyond her brokerage activities with Gayle Harvey Real Estate, Inc., her interests center on her love for broadening her education with classes, for all things related to agriculture and nature, and for spoiling her appreciative Yellow Lab and Maltese dogs.
