Historic real estate agent from Germantown, MD

Agent Profile
A life long resident of Montgomery County

My vast knowledge of Montgomery County along with the surrounding counties of Frederick, Carroll and Howard serves my clients well. I am proud to say that I am a life long resident of Montgomery County. I married a Washingtonian and we have raised three children.

  • Committed to my Clients.
  • Establishing Long Lastings Relationships
  • Exceeding your Expectations
  • Honesty is a reflection of character
  • Loyality, Honesty and Commitment
  • Personal Background
Prior to my career in real estate I studied to be a chef. I served as an apprentice at the Washington Hilton and then went on to study Pastries through a course with the White House Pastry Chef. From their for many years I was General Manager for a local bakery. As much as Sandy loved the creative nature of being in a professional kitchen , she loved the customer contact even more. Those who know Sandy best will tell you the reason she's so successful as a real estate professional is because she takes the very same meticulous approach with each client as she did with her culinary creations and customer service.

Buying /Selling a home can be overwhelming!!

In real estate, each family and every situation is unique. But each one requires the same basic ingredients for success. Whether you are a first-time home buyer, relocating in or out of the area, or looking to move up or downsize, Sandy uses her own proven recipe for success with everyone she meets. She starts by carefully listening to your needs and then using her experience and expertise to get the results you want.

A Few comments from clients

- "This was our 12th real estate transaction and the entire experience was a pleasure because of your great service. You were so very helpful and on top of everything during the entire process" March 2005

- "Your personal touch was a key differentiator over the whole experience. I have trusted every decision you provided us along the way, and you have made me feel(and have proven that at every step) that you are as concerned about my rights and belongings as I would. That's why I was able to go on vacation three weeks before my closing date without having to worry about anything related to my house buying process." From a true friend and loyal customer.

"She guided me through what I thought was the complicated process of selling a house. She could not have worked hard er and gave me a new appreciation of "real estate agent." From a great client in 2004.

I have many many letters from clients who have become my friends and advocates and must thank all of them as my business has grown through the years. It means so much to me when I get referrals from my clients - family, friends and co-workers. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH.
