Historic real estate agent from Norwich, NY

Agent Profile
I’m an Agent who specializes in older and Historic properties, and am also a lifelong old house enthusiast.

I have the knowledge and expertise to assist buyers in finding a “vintage” home that is just right for them, and also to market older homes to prospective buyers who can appreciate their true value.

I moved to this part of Upstate New York fourteen years ago after falling in love with my own Historic home.  If you’ve never been to Central New York it’s a beautiful place of rolling hills, farmland, and quaint small towns that are like taking a step back in time.  I’m still amazed at just how much there is to see and do here -- from farmers markets to antiquing, and wineries to great little restaurants -- it must be one of the northeast’s best kept secrets.

And, because it was an extremely prosperous area during the 19th century, there are also an extraordinary number of Historic homes -- from elaborate Queen Anne’s and impressive Greek Revivals, to classic Italianates, Gothic Revivals, French Empires, and Folk Style Victorians -- Central New York has them all.

There are many wonderful bargains right now and it’s a great place to relocate or, at just a 3 hour drive from New York City, a great place to make your country getaway.

I’m always happy to recommend the best places to stay and eat, as well as local attractions to visit.   I very much enjoy being of assistance to others who love old homes as much as I do, and hope to hear from you.
