I have a passion for and knowledge of Austin's historic architecture and real estate that is unique in the real estate industry. Before entering the real estate industry I worked for more than 18 years in the field of historic preservation. Most recently I was the Deputy Historic Preservation Officer for the City of Austin reviewing projects in Austin's Local and National Register Historic Districts. Currently I serve on the Board of Directors for Preservation Austin, the local advocacy organization working to protect Austin's architectural heritage.

I can help my client's buy and sell their historic homes, find architects and trades people to help them update their home in a sensitive manner, and navigate the City's review process for historic homes.
