Deena de Montigny, AIA, is a registered architect with 30 years of professional experience in the architecture field, prior to becoming a licensed Realtor in Virginia.
As a real estate agent based in Old Town Alexandria, serving her Old Town community and Northern Virginia, her commitment is to provide high quality professional service to assist her clients in identifying their real estate goals, initially by directing clients to appropriate legal, technical and financing professionals to meet their needs.
Her goal is to provide information to empower clients to make their own best decisions whether buying or selling real estate. If selling, she can provide design and staging tips to help property show to its greatest advantage. If buying she will use her professional skills to assist clients in finding the property that is best for them. This effort includes identifying and analyzing the attributes of prospective properties as well as using her negotiating skills to serve clients.
Her hobbies include Architectural Historic research and she is a member of the National Trust for Historic Preservation and a member of Preservation Virginia.
Deena is active in her Old Town community, participating in Old Town Civic Association and Friends of the Alexandria Waterfront. |
