Ruthmere: An Eclectic Beaux Arts Mansion

Join us this fall for our second travel tour which takes us to Elkart, Indiana to experience the Ruthmere Museum’s exceptional fine and decorative arts collection housed in an elegantly restored 1910 historic home steeped in local history. Your visit includes a tour of the Ruthmere Mansion and the 1831 Beardsley House. After lunch, en route back to Chicago, an additional stop will be made in South Bend at the Joseph D. Oliver House, also known as Copshaholm. Built in 1895, this 38-room Romanesque Queen Anne house features all original furnishings.
