The Preserve Iowa Summit is the premier statewide annual conference for professionals and volunteers involved in historic preservation in Iowa. 2016 marks the 50th anniversary of the National Historic Preservation Act which has helped foster the strong preservation movement we enjoy today. The Preserve Iowa Summit is a coordinated effort of the Iowa Department of Cultural Affairs’ State Historic Preservation Office, the City of Davenport, the Davenport Historic Preservation Commission and Preservation Iowa.
