Tea on the Avery Lawn

June 2, 2018
Tea on the Avery Lawn
Experience a traditional tea on the lush grounds of the historic Avery House in downtown Fort Collins. Sip tea and indulge in sweet and savory bites while enjoying a fashion show of Wedding Gowns Through the Decades, bid on tea-themed items in a silent auction, and tour the Avery House’s new exhibit Victorian Invention and Innovation.

Advance tickets only available online at poudrelandmarks.org, or purchase in Fort
Collins at the Avery House (Saturdays and Sundays, 1–4 p.m.) or by calling
970-420-1520. Ticket price $30 or $35 for Royal-Tea tables that include a
special tea blend, preferential seating and a small gift.

Delicious tea is being provided by Happy Lucky’s Teahouse of Fort Collins. The food menu includes scones with cream, lemon curd, and strawberry preserves; several
varieties of traditional tea sandwiches; and desserts.

Proceeds from ticket sales and the silent auction go toward the nonprofit Poudre
Landmarks Foundation's mission to preserve, restore, protect, and interpret the
architectural and cultural heritage of the Fort Collins area.
