Property History
The house was built for a couple from Alsace Lorraine who planted nut trees, vineyard, and had a self sustaining farm before the turn of the last century. The second owner upgraded from farm to Town Manor: Overlaying oak a top the fir floors, installing fireplaces, and raised paneled walls and ceiling molding. The courtyard surrounding the main house is landscaped in the English and French style, with evergreen shrubbery and there is something blooming every month of the year. Current owners have lived here since May of 1993. Three families have lived in this current house. In 2008 the kitchen was remodeled and enlarged and a cherry cabinets and
granite countertops were installed, along with an additional triple licensed kitchen style sink. The bathrooms were also upgraded.

Property Description

The central acre has the house, separate oversized garage with a bonus patio room, and a 20 x 120 separate house, currently used as a Day Spa, Guest quarters, and Craft/ Workshop.
