Property History
On January 28, 1907, Robert J. Mickler sold for $100 a small piece of property on Olive St. to St. Anthony Catholic Church. The first Catholic Church in Hernando County was built there a year later.

The church was deconsecrated and sold in 1972, and became a private home. The sacristy is now the kitchen, the front window-rich cobalt blue and sunflower yellow glass-depicts the nativity and the bell still rings!

Property Description
Own a piece of history in Historic Downtown Brooksville! This residential home was once the original location of St. Anthony Catholic Church. It was built in 1908, renovated into a single family home years later, and most recently has had many more updates.

This 2/1.5 has original stained-glass windows and original hardwood floors. The cathedral ceiling in the living room opens up to the second floor loft and creates more sleeping or entertaining space.

Other benefits to this historic house is the location to Downtown Brooksville. You are in walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants that make this town so quaint.
