The Hogan administration recently announced the Maryland Historical Trust (MHT), a division of the Maryland Department of Planning, awarded 16 projects more than $19 million in revitalization tax credits, leveraging more than $92 million in additional investment.
Our advocacy efforts in the 2022 legislative session, along with the support of key legislators, secured an additional $10M to the program. This was an overwhelming increase in support for the program that had seen only $9M in funding for nearly a decade.
