The Housing and Revitalization Department (HRD) is seeking to fill a new Planner 3 (Historic Preservation) position, supporting neighborhood revitalization citywide. The Planner 3 (Historic Preservation) is an experienced-level planning professional located within the City of Detroit Housing and Revitalization Department (HRD) who requires limited direction and supervision. This position will report to and assist the Lead Planner 4 (Historic Preservation) in HRD with Section 106 reviews of single family homes throughout the City of Detroit. S/He will also support other priorities of the Environmental Review Team. Strong project management and communications skills required. Salary $71,636.00 - $88,972.00 annually.
