Heritage Window Restoration is looking for a someone with some experience in skilled trades and applying them to preserving and restoring iconic historic buildings across the state of Colorado. 
Essential Responsibilities/Duties: 
    - Assisting other employees and managers in the workshop and in the field
 
    - Learn and apply appropriate preservation methods
 
    - Job site and workshop duties may include: Deconstructing/labeling historic system components for removal to shop, sanding, hardware restoration, component repair and replacement, window glazing, masking, and painting
 
 
Other Responsibilities: 
    - Effectively communicate with coworkers as it relates to projects
 
    - Follow company policies and safety procedures
 
    - Maintain a clean, and organized work area
 
 
Qualifications:  
    - One year of experience working in trim carpentry or painting or trade school equivalent
 
    - Knowledge of historic buildings and systems not necessary but is a plus
 
    - Able to work from ladders and scaffolding and help in their setup and takedown
 
    - Familiar with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for historic preservation (Primarily #9 & #10)
 
    - Able to lift/carry 50 lbs
 
    - Able to work as part of a team to complete projects
