The second public hearing for HB 3190A is now scheduled for  
Monday, May 5th at 8 am with the Senate Finance and Revenue Committee.  
Your support is now needed to show statewide support for historic preservation.  
HB 3190A was introduced on behalf of Restore Oregon by Representative Rob Nosse (co-chair of the Arts & Culture caucus) and was unanimously passed in the House on April 8th.  The bill has moved to the Senate for consideration, starting with the public hearing.  
 
Please take just five minutes to submit a letter of support before the hearing begins!  Here’s the link to the Oregon Legislature portal to submit written testimony.   
 
Select “support” for the question “Position on the Measure.”  The online form allows you to choose either “upload a PDF” OR “Text Testimony” which gives you a text box to simply type a short statement directly into the system.  Either option will work!

Simple and direct -  I support HB 3190A and urge your support.  Please pass this bill.
