In March, a court-appointed bankruptcy trustee announced the auction process for the tower and collections. The Conservancy made an easement visit and found key historic interiors and collections to be in fair to good condition. With no competing bids received by the deadline, the building and collections have been sold to McFarlin Building LLC, who closed on the purchase on Monday, May 5. The Conservancy stands ready to offer support as they stabilize, restore, and revitalize the building.
