In order to provide additional exposure during the spring and summer months for the beautiful historic homes listed for sale on PreservationDirectory.com and HistoricForSale.com, we are happy to announce the 2025 Spring Historic Property Listing Promotion.
From today through Friday, May 2nd, 2025 at 9pm EST, the fees for all listing periods (2 month; 6 month; or 12 month listings) will be automatically reduced on the listing form. The promotion covers any historic structure for sale - homes, commercial buildings, inns and hotels for sale, and other historic structures (mills, schools, churches, etc).

Listings provide critical support to our overall preservation activities, and any help you could provide in spreading the word to Realtors with historic listings and/or historic homeowners who are selling their home, would be most appreciated.
Below are the temporarily reduced rates (note: amount is per property):
- $45 for a 2 month listing - regularly $70 for 2 months
(add $15 to also list for 2 months on HistoricForSale.com)
- $85 for a 6 month listing - regularly $125 for 6 months
(add $25 to also list for 6 months on HistoricForSale.com)
- $125 for a 12 month listing - regularly $185 for 12 months
(add $35 to also list for 12 months on HistoricForSale.com)
In addition to being listed on our websites, each listing submitted as part of the promotion will be posted to our historic real estate Facebook page at www.facebook.com/historicforsale, and will also be posted to our Twitter feed (@HistoricPres).
There is no limit to the amount of properties you can add as part of this promotion. To qualify, the property must be at least 50 years old or older (please note: the property does NOT need to be listed on the National Register or have any other designation to qualify).
Please note - property renewals also qualify for the promotion. If you have a property to renew, go ahead and renew it through the members area, and your property will be renewed at the promotional rate. You can also call us at 503-308-0500 and we can quickly renew the listing(s) over the phone.

This is our small way to help you promote more historic properties and to highlight as many historic homes as possible for the thousands of historic home seekers who visit our site daily.
