We are seeking a unique and qualified individual for a position which requires multi tasking, including office management, genealogical research and library management. This is a part-time position, three days/approximately 24 hours a week, Memorial Day to Columbus Day, and two days/approximately 16 hours a week the rest of the year. This individual must have computer skills and be proficient in the usage of Microsoft Word and Excel Programs and Intuit QuickBooks. In addition, ability to learn Pasttime Past Perfect Museum, Library and Membership software is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Publisher is a plus. Interacting with many types of individuals is an important part of this position, therefore we require that the perfect candidate be mature and outgoing. The candidate must have a love for history, in general, and genealogy specifically. Staff members report to a small board of directors. Medical benefits are not available.
