Coalition for Expanding Federal Rehabilitation Tax Credit Grows

The National Trust and its preservation partners are continuing to work on broadening the coalition of organizations and agencies endorsing the Community Restoration and Revitalization Act of 2007 (HR 1043/S. 584). The proposal to enhance the federal credit includes provisions for creating more affordable housing and deepening the incentive for the credit in difficult to develop areas (DDAs).
