Ottawa, March 4, 2016 –The deadline to submit a nomination for National Trust for Canada’s Top 10 Endangered Places List is only two weeks away. Throughout Canada, places that help tell our country’s story are threatened by neglect, lack of funding and inappropriate development. If you know of a place at risk, nominate it today.
By nominating a place you love, you can help raise awareness about its plight, spark action to save it and help tell the story of why this place matters.

- Significance of the site – why does this place matter?
- Urgency of the threat – why is it endangered?
- Community support for its preservation – what’s happening on the ground?
Nominations must be received by Friday, March 18, 2016. The 2016 list will be announced in May.
