Restore Oregon, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to lead the organization as its next Executive Director. This full-time, salaried position, which is based in Portland, Oregon, reports directly to the organization’s Board of Directors and overseas the organization’s staff. Applications will be accepted until 5pm (PST) on March 16th, 2021, with a targeted start date of May 2021.
The Executive Director provides leadership, management and oversight for all aspects of Restore Oregon including programs, finances, resource development, human resources, member services, communications, and board development. The Executive Director works with the Board and Board committees to establish an overall vision for the organization and takes the lead in implementing the policies and programs that derive from that vision. The Executive Director maintains key relationships throughout the state with partner and collaborator stakeholders, businesses, foundations, government officials, and other nonprofits.
The Executive Director will oversee a six-person staff that includes a Director of Development (full-time), a Programs Director (full-time), a Special Project Manager (full-time), a Marketing Manager (part-time), a Development and Programs Associate (full-time), and an Office Manager (part-time).
Salary is anticipated to be between $72,000 and $90,000, commensurate with knowledge, skills and experience. Benefits include medical insurance, dental insurance, paid time off and nine paid holidays.
