The Board of Directors of the Land and Community Heritage Investment Program (LCHIP) seeks a dynamic, experienced Executive Director with a passion for the natural, cultural, and historic resources of the State of New Hampshire. LCHIP makes matching grants to assist with the conservation and protection of the state‚Äôs most important natural, cultural and historic resources.  The Executive Director oversees the day-to-day operations of LCHIP including the budgeting and management of annual administrative budget, disbursement of $3 - $5,000,000 in grants annually and supervision of a staff of four to six.

This position offers annual starting compensation of $72,000 to $78,000, commensurate with experience. Per NH RSA 227-M:6-a, benefits include the health, dental, life insurance, deferred compensation, and retirement benefits as are afforded to classified employees of the state.  LCHIP is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
