Walter Sedovic Architects|ModernRuins is hiring Preservation Architects and Project Managers with 5-10 years of experience. Work in tandem with highly collaborative multi-discipline teams on a diverse range of projects and heritage sites. We anticipate a period of sustained growth and are seeking talented professionals to grow with us. 

Established in 1986 WSA|ModernRuins is-and always has been- dedicated to historic preservation, planning & sustainable design. We offer a hybrid work environment - remote accompanied with on-site project work in the NY Metropolitan area.

Qualified candidates will possess the following qualifications and skills: 

Professional degree in architecture 
Preservation training and/or experience 
Technically creative and high attention to detail 
Excellent oral and written communication skills 
Proficiency with AutoCad, Revit, Sketch-Up, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office 

Salary Range: $60-$120,000
