Springfield Preservation and Revitalization Council (SPAR) is excited to announce the 46th Historic Springfield Tour of Homes and Gardens, presented by M&M Homes, taking place April 26-27, 2025 from 12 PM to 5 PM each day in Jacksonville’s oldest neighborhood and front porch community, the Springfield Historic District.

During the two-day event, guests will find eight properties to tour throughout the Springfield Historic District including preserved historic homes, a historic bungalow court currently undergoing restoration, and garden spaces with live music and refreshments. Guests may check-in for the tour starting at the SPAR Building (1321 N Main Street) at 12 PM both days. Complimentary shuttle service is provided for all guests.
