On Saturday, November 22nd from 7:00pm-9:00pm, Cliveden of the National Trust presents an evening with Chef John Reese. Just in time for the holidays, Chef Reese will demonstrate creative, yet inexpensive ways to decorate tables and platters for special occasions. The event will take place at historic Cliveden, located at 6401 Germantown Avenue in Northwest Philadelphia.
Chef Reese shapes fruits, vegetables, and other materials to create food art settings worthy of all guests. The live demonstration will be shown on a large screen at the same time to highlight the small details.
Cost of the demonstration is $15 per person. Light refreshments will be served afterwards. Space is very limited and reservations should be made by calling Cliveden at 215-848-1777. The demonstration will be filmed, and DVDs will be available for purchase at the end of the event. Directions to Cliveden and more information about the event are available at www.cliveden.org.
