Colorado Arts & Crafts Society's Annual Winter Symposium

CHRISTIAN GLADU, owner of the popular The Bungalow Company in Bend, Oregon will talk about creating, building and inhabiting today’s Arts and Crafts-style dwelling. Gladu, who has developed craftsman-style neighborhoods on Washington’s Bainbridge Island and other locations, is known for designs that integrate and adapt the timeless style and charm of the past with a modern point of view. His mission is to help new homebuilders understand the quality of life that can be achieved through living in America’s most beloved housing form. His books include The New Bungalow, Small Bungalows and Bungalow Plans.

HE SYMPOSIUM at the restored Boettcher Mansion begins at 5PM with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, followed by the board meeting and dinner cateredby The Pines at Genesee. The presentation will start at 7PM. The cost of the evening event is $40 for Society members, and $50 for guests.
