National speakers will provide a context for some of the most celebrated landscapes in New York City and the immediate region including Central Park, Battery Park, Riverside Park Shoreline and Promenade, and the Merritt Parkway among others. 

Speakers will explore the lives and built legacies of the designers and stewards of nationally significant historic designed landscapes ranging from estates and subdivisions to parks and scenic reservations.

The registration fee includes: a morning program concentrating on historic subjects; a catered lunch; and an afternoon program concentrating on more recent work and trends in the metro area.
