25th Annual Historic Homes Tour in Historic Baker City, Oregon

The 25th Annual Historic Homes Tour will be Saturday December 12th from 12 Noon until 5:00 p.m. The Tour features elegant historic homes and buildings in the charming eastern Oregon town of Baker City, once known as “The Queen City of the Inland Empire”. Featured this year for our Silver Jubilee is the Wisdom House, built in 1878 by John Wisdom, one of the first to arrive in Baker City by wagon train from Missouri on the Oregon Trail. Tickets are $15 ($12 for seniors and students) and include tea and refreshments. Group discounts are also available. Advanced tickets may be purchased at www.visitbaker.com or tickets can be purchased at the door at tour headquarters Basche-Sage Place, 2101 Main Street, Baker City. The Homes Tour is self guided and takes about 2 ½ hours.
