Historical Marker Dedication Ceremony

Please join Tylertown residents in a dedication ceremony to unveil a State Historical Marker for the “Simmons House”.  A guided tour of the completely renovated “Simmons House” will follow immediately after the program.

Governor Earl L. Brewer appointed Simmons in 1910 to serve as Walthall County’s first Sheriff.
