Site visit to the Meeting House to follow.

We are calling an open meeting of all interested people, whether they were ever designated Association members or not, because it is time to restructure the Association to assure that it embraces anyone interested in the preservation of the Meeting House (a National Historic Landmark) and its rich history. The Association needs a new Treasurer, and it will be on the agenda to elect other officers as well: President, Vice President, and Secretary.

Discussion at the meeting will also touch on:

• The 104th Annual Pilgrimage, which will take place on Sunday, August 1, 2010
• Needed preservation and other improvements at the Meeting House
• Funds currently held by the Association and their intended use
• Books, postcards, and other items that will be available for sale at the Meeting House when it is open to the public (from Memorial Day to Columbus Day)
• Present status of Association archives
• Other matters suitable to bring before the Association
