Six fabulous homes on this new tour cover a century of residential construction in Portland and represent a variety of styles and notable architects. The homes are spread around the Portland region including Northwest, Southwest, Mount Tabor, and Laurelhurst.
Featured architects are Edward Thompson Root, Ellis F. Lawrence, Herman Brookman, Marvin Witt Jr., Pietro Belluschi. The houses date from 1885 to 1980 with two Arts & Crafts era houses and a Mid Century Modern in between.
Proceeds will benefit the Architectural Heritage Center/Bosco-Milligan Foundation and its education programs, advocacy efforts, and collection stewardship.
