Architectual Classes with Ed Turberg

This course provides an overview of the architectural styles to be found in Wilmington, NC. It will be led by Edward F. Turberg who holds a master’s degree in architectural history from UVA. He has worked as an architectural historian, restoration specialist and National Register consultant.
Dates:
- Monday, Sept. 20 - Georgian and Federal Styles
- Monday, Sept. 27 - Revival Styles
- Monday, Oct. 4 - Italianate and Queen Ann
- Monday, Oct. 11 - 20th century suburban
- Monday, Oct. 11 – Downtown walking tour 1PM
Each class will run approximately 90 minutes with a ten minute stretch/water break; the medium will be slides. The walking tour will take about 2 hours. Cost : Non-member series: $60 Member series: $40 Single class: $15 Call (910) 251-3700 ext 102 to register.
