Hit the sidewalk for the fifth annual Great Los Angeles Walk, which will span the entire length of Wilshire Blvd., from Pershing Square to the Pacific Ocean. Along the way, walkers will encounter historic buildings like Bullocks Wilshire and the Wiltern Theatre; attractions such as MacArthur Park and the Los Angeles County Museum of Art; and the remains of L.A. icons that fell to the wrecking ball, such as the Ambassador Hotel and Perino’s. The free event coincides with our recent update to the Curating the City: Wilshire Blvd. website, where we've added over fifty buildings and hundreds of photos!
