Dinner and Discussion with Harold Schechter

The Linden Place Mansion and the Bristol Historical and Preservation Society will host a dinner and discussion with "Killer Colt" author, Harold Schechter on Sunday, January 23rd at 12:30 pm in the Linden Place Ballroom at 500 Hope Street, Bristol. The event will include a buffet dinner followed by a discussion with Schechter in regards to the murder of printer Samuel Adams in New York and the subsequent trial of John C. Colt, uncle of Bristol’s Samuel Pomeroy Colt who lived at Linden Place, for Adams’ murder. Tickets are $40 each, $35 for Linden Place and Bristol Historical and Preservation Society members.
