Historical Society of Islip Hamlet

The Historical Society of Islip Hamlet, through the sponsorship of the Islip Arts Museum/Islip Arts Council will host its first major exhibit, "Islip Through the Eye of His Lens", the photography of Edgar Van Sicklin at Brookwood Hall, 50 Irish Lane, East Islip. The photographs show what life was like in Islip from 1900-1915 from the everyday to life on one of the many estates. The museum is opened Wednesday to Sunday.
