Special Art Exhibit for National Historic Preservation Month at the Architectural Heritage Center

May is National Historic Preservation Month and in celebration, the Architectural Heritage Center is hosting a special art exhibit.
In conjunction with the Buckman Historic Association, the AHC will exhibit work from a lifetime of painting by celebrated local artist, Betty Chilstrom. Betty, now in her 80's, has been a Portland resident for decades and has lived in the Buckman neighborhood in SE Portland since the 1940's. Her colorful paintings demonstrate her passion for the City of Portland, its' buildings and their preservation. Her work will be of interest to all who love the buildings, bridges, and neighborhoods of Portland.
On Exhibit May 6th- May 31st
Opening Reception, May 6th 6-8pm
Architectural Heritage Center 701 SE Grand Ave, Portland Opening reception is free and open to the public.
