Preservation 101: How to Save a Building

Join the HPLO at this community workshop to discuss ideas and tools available to honor, preserve, and revitalize individual buildings and their larger communities. Participants will learn about the basic principles of historic preservation and its practical applications to local resources, lean about funding opportunities for historic places, and explore preservation strategies for local properties that may be endangered or in need of rehabilitation or adaptive reuse. The workshop will be targeted at strategies for funding and rehabilitating the Dr. Pierce Barn.
