The American Association for State and Local History (AASLH) is pleased to announce its 2007 annual meeting will be held in Atlanta, Georgia, September 5 - 8, 2007. The theme we have chosen for this meeting is RELEVANCE: The Bottom Line. Using this theme as an organizing concept, we intend to emphasize the necessity to make our historical societies relevant and important to the communities we serve, both through the educational services we provide as well as practices we utilize to make our organizations financially sustainable.
