Historic Homeowner Fair

August 25, 2012

Mark your calendars now for the 4th Annual Historic Homeowner Fair hosted by the San Antonio Office of Historic Preservation to be held at Thomas Jefferson High School on Saturday, August 25th! This is a great opportunity for historic homeowners or anyone interested in historic buildings.

Join us for a day of educational sessions covering topics such as preservation and sustainability, financing rehabilitation projects, repairing historic windows, mid-century modern architecture in San Antonio, and much more. The midday keynote session will be a presentation of the first public draft of the proposed Historic District Design Guidelines. Don’t miss the exhibitor hall with products, services, and information targeted to residents interested in preserving historic homes. Activities for school-age children will be hosted by the Thomas Jefferson High School architecture students.

The event is free and open to the public. Details are coming soon or click on the link below for the informational flyer. You can also view information from last year’s fair on our Past Events page here. Hope to see you there!
